Kate Dolan has lived in Charleston since shecame for a short visit in 2006. She has been with Carolina One RealEstate since 2015 and is in the Silver Circle of Excellence.Dolan graduated from the University of Massachusetts, with a degree inPsychology with a minor in Math. She began her career in thetelecommunications industry with Ma Bell, then to the first independentand back and retired from Verizon.A member of the National Board of Realtors (NAR), and Charleston TridentAssociation of Realtors (CTAR), she is licensed in both South Carolina andMassachusetts. With transactions in both locations, she demonstratesin-depth knowledge of the industry and a broad understanding of markettrends.Kate listens to her buyers' needs and wants and then finds them theirhome, all the while making the process straightforward, understandable andfun. She holds the NAR Designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative.In the past year, Dolan has also worked with sellers and listed and soldtheir homes on James Island, in Mt.
